This page explains what information the Bilkul Studios website receives and why.

Information you send

If you use the enquiry form, you provide your selected service, name, work email, message, and any optional company, game, platform, link, data, or budget information you choose to include. We use this information to read, respond to, and manage your enquiry.

Form and scheduling services

The enquiry form is processed through Formspree. Booking links open Cal.com in a new tab. Those services process the information you submit under their own privacy terms. Do not send private player data, passwords, access tokens, or confidential source files through the website form.

Basic website data

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. The reporting is aggregated and is not intended to identify individual visitors. We remove query strings before a page view is sent, and the current setup does not send form contents or custom conversion events.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be handled by the service providers needed to run the website, process the form, schedule a call, or host business email. We keep enquiry information only as long as it is useful for the conversation, required business records, or legal obligations.

Game files and confidential information

The public form is for an initial enquiry. Do not use it to send private builds, player data, credentials, access tokens, source files, or confidential dashboards. If we need sensitive material for an audit, we will agree on a safer way to share it.

How enquiry information may be used

We use information you send to understand and answer the enquiry, prepare a possible proposal, and keep any required business record. We do not turn private enquiry material, builds, data, or discussions into public content without permission.

Testing a publicly available game

We may independently play a public version of a game before preparing a proposal. Notes from that public version are separate from information you send us. If we later publish anything about a game, we will not include private material or imply a client relationship without permission.

Your request

You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted through this website. Email hello@bilkulstudios.com and tell us which enquiry the request concerns.

Changes to this page

If the website starts using a new form, scheduling, analytics, or advertising service, this page should be updated before or when that service is enabled. The update date at the top shows the latest published revision.
