ABOUT BILKUL STUDIOS
Clear game decisions, written for the people who have to build them.
Bilkul Studios works with mobile and browser game teams on progression, difficulty, rewards, economy, monetization, onboarding, telemetry, product design, and LiveOps.
Bilkul (बिल्कुल) means absolutely.
That is how we prefer to work.
We tell you what the evidence supports, what still needs testing, and what the team should do next. If a small level change is enough, we say so. If the problem sits deeper in the product, we show you where.
Evidence before opinion
We check the telemetry and level data alongside the game itself. Product flows, player behaviour, and playtests fill in what one metric cannot explain.
Developer-aware analysis
Our analysts have development experience. The recommendation accounts for game states, edge cases, implementation behaviour, and what QA needs to check.
Results, not just suggestions
We name the change, help the team test it, and define what should move after release.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK
A small team that understands games and how they are built.
Bilkul Studios is based in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India, and works with game teams remotely.
Abhishek Rawat
Unity Developer, LiveOps Analyst, Product Designer & GamerAbhishek has worked as a Unity developer and now handles Bilkul's game audits, LiveOps analysis, and product design. Because he understands how the game is built, he can turn a finding into a change the development team can use.
Aditya Khantwal
Junior Analyst & GamerAditya supports game audits from the player's side and checks those observations against the data. He helps spot confusing difficulty, weak incentives, and the moments where a game starts losing momentum.
